Why you became a vegan: I lost a pregnancy to miscarriage and took it pretty hard. When I learned that dairy cows lose a baby every year, I knew I had to find another way to live. People talk a lot about the physical benefits of a vegan diet, and of course I enjoy those, too. But for me it's about my mental health and the peace I gain from being honest with myself.
Favorite foods/meals: I eat tortilla soup pretty much every day.
Favorite exercises: I love pretty much anything you can do with a kettlebell, but one arm long cycle will always have a special place in my heart.
