Why you became a vegan: I always wanted to be vegan. At 5 years old I would cry that I had to eat animals. It was always in me, we just didn’t know ow a word for it and people thought (and made me believe) you needed animal as food to survive. Fast forward to my late 20s and I started realizing was living with disease and it was exactly that… my body was “not at ease”. As soon as I started moving towards a plant based lifestyle its like the stars were aligning. My soul, my mind and my body were all in agreement. So I became vegan overnight.

Favorite foods/meals: Protein powder!!!!! I will do anything for some Caramel Coffee Profi!

Favorite exercises: Probably the rows… any rows.
